Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress

The key of these training techniques in connection with all the other aspects of our program is to seek to develop three key characteristics of mindfulness:

  • Intention to cultivate awareness of ourselves and how it is connect it to every and all what is surrounding us; allowing us the awakening of our own deeper vision and understanding how that can impact our lives at every level. 

  • Attention to what is occurring in the present moment (simply observing thoughts, feelings, sensations as they arise)

  • Attitude that is non-judgmental, Introspective, and kind.

The main purpose of these Techniques been applied in combination with all the other aspects of our program, is to generate a consciously solid connection between our mind, body and spirit, generating the necessary balance in every area to being able to achieve not just our known goals, but a growth beyond our present understanding and learn how to incorporate the importance of how working on a daily basis in all these aspects together will bring the true

long-lasting balance that ultimate will bring us closer to the peace and better quality of life that we are looking for.  


There's evidence that shows studies performed on women over six months found that those who applied mindfulness meditation practices to their daily or weekly routine had a much higher level of physical exercise and general movement, and a greater reduction in BMI, than those who didn't employ mindfulness practices.

Professional Sports Teams, as several of the most respected Universities such as Harvard, Berkeley, to name some; are now incorporating Professional Coaching, classes, seminars and lectures on the matter, since clearly more and more is evident and extremely significant the improvement on the overall results in each professional field when combined with the proper mindfulness techniques.
